Built my own deck – June 2017

I use a vacuum bag press to glue each layer. This was actually my second deck that I made. The first one broke apart because I tried to glue all the layers at the same time. With this board I glued one layer at a time, and it worked out much better (Click photo for larger image).

A photo of the cut deck. I used 8 layers instead of the normal 7 because the deck is 39 inches long, and I wanted it to be stiff and responsive (Click photo for larger image).
