Built my own deck – August 2020

I use a vacuum bag press to glue each layer. I think this is a photo with only three layers of laminate being pressed (Click photo for larger image).

Shows the different layers. I used two cross grain laminates and the rest long grain (Click photo for larger image).

Cut and first coat of paint done (Click photo for larger image).

Paint done, now onto the stencil (Click photo for larger image).

A friend help me make a stencil which helped immensely (Click photo for larger image).

This is the final shot. My wife helped me put the website on there (Click photo for larger image).
